REFUND POLICY

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE POLICY: 

isee systems provides technical support and maintenance to customers who own version 9.1 and above of the iThink/iSTELLA software and who own a current technical support plan.

Technical Support is provided by telephone or e-mail and includes software installation support, troubleshooting and general "how-to" questions. Maintenance includes patches, updates, and minor software releases.

Lab Pack licenses are covered under the associated faculty license.
NetSim licenses are covered under the associated iThink or STELLA license.


Eligibility: Not all software owners are eligible for Technical Support. Technical Support is included with Professional, College/University and K-12 versions of iThink and STELLA. Technical Support is not included with Student software.

Hours of operation - Monday through Friday, excluding company holidays, from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time (US and Canada).

PURCHASE ORDER POLICY:

We accept purchase orders for orders over $2,000.00 (two thousand dollars) or from K-12 School Districts for any amount. (United States and Canada only). Our terms are Net 30 and full payment is due within 30 days of invoicing. Email orders@iseesystems.com if you require our W9. Our US EIN (Federal Tax Id) is 02-038 5795.

We are not able to accept purchase orders for less than this amount.

REFUND POLICY:

Software:
Because of the intangible nature of software, we do not give refunds for software purchases.

Printed Matter:
The printed matter listed below may be returned. isee systems must be informed within 10 days from date of purchase that you wish to return printed matter.  isee systems must receive the returned printed matter in saleable condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Printed matter must be returned by traceable means.

Workshops:
Workshop registrations fees are refundable up until two weeks prior to a scheduled workshop. If a registrant cancels within two weeks of a scheduled training, the fee will be credited towards a future workshop.

User Conference:
User Conference fees are refundable up until 90 days prior to a scheduled conference. No refunds will be allowed within 90 days of a scheduled conference.
